FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress semi-formal. Since our wedding will be in January in Oregon, please keep in mind that it may be chilly. We recommend bringing a warm coat or layering so you’ll be comfortable during the outdoor ceremony, weather permitting.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP no later than December 10th 2025 to help us get a proper headcount for our vendors and let them know in a timely manner.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have our ceremony outdoors, weather permitting. Plan to dress warm. In the event of heavy rain we will move the ceremony indoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. The ceremony will start at 2 pm, so please arrive and find your seats no later than 1:45 pm.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of our predetermined plus ones due to venue capacity. Your invitation will include the names of those invited and the option to bring a plus one.

Question

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

On your invitation, if your child is specifically listed they are welcome! (However, if you would prefer a night without your kids, that is also fine by us!) If they are not on the invite, unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate them due to venue capacity, we hope you understand.

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving appetizers during cocktail hour followed by dinner provided by 808 Grinds Hawaiian Catering. We will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Our signature cocktails will only be served during cocktail hour. During the reception there will be an open bar including beer, wine, cider, and seltzers.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! If you are traveling from out of state or plan to stay the night in the area, we have added nearby hotels to the “Travel” section of our website. We hope this helps with your planning!
