What is the dress code?

For our wedding ceremony and reception, we kindly invite you to dress in California Formal—a style that blends timeless elegance with relaxed, coastal charm. Think elevated yet easy: breathable suits, midi or maxi dresses, and polished (but comfortable). The overall vibe is somewhere between sophisticated cocktail attire and effortless, warm-weather ease. For the ceremony, we recommend elegant, outdoor-friendly shoes (grass and uneven ground are part of the adventure). And outside of Saturday’s events, given the relaxed lodge and camp setting, definitely bring comfortable walking shoes you won’t mind getting a little dusty. Since we’ll be celebrating in the fall, we’d love for you to lean into seasonal colors if you can. Think warm earth tones, rich neutrals, deep greens, soft rusts, and sunset-inspired hues. Nothing required, just a fun way to bring a little extra texture and warmth to the weekend.

We’d love for your children to join us and be part of the weekend’s celebrations! That said, we kindly ask that the ceremony itself be an adults-only event. We’ll follow up directly with parents to share details and options for childcare during the ceremony.

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

We love the doggos, and you’re welcome to bring them along for the weekend! That said, we kindly ask that dogs not attend the ceremony. Costanoa is a dog-friendly resort, so if you plan to bring your dog, please be sure to note it when booking your room.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know—we want to make sure everyone is well taken care of. Our wedding meal won’t be provided by a traditional caterer, so we’ll be planning ahead to accommodate any specific needs.

Is the bar open or cash?

On Friday night, we’ll have beer, wine, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks for everyone to enjoy. On Saturday, the celebration continues with an open bar during the event.
