21 years ago I met my absolute best friend at the daycare program in elementary school. Immediately we clicked over Lincoln logs. Through our teenagers years there would always be disagreements but through it all I knew I missed my best friend. Transitioning to adulthood where we have dinner together and our kids playing together, to the tears when we would have to go. From the beginning I always knew I could call her my sister. Her loyalty, beauty, empathy, supportiveness, and so much more is what I love about you. I’m so honored to be your maid of honor and do anything I can to make your day so special and perfect. Hey, I’m Jaylin, Aliyah’s youngest sister. (younger by six years!) My whole life I have looked up to my sister, and have loved spending time with her. Being so much younger than her has definitely been a challenge, especially when I was younger because I always wanted to be around her 24/7 and she wanted to be around anyone but her pesky little sister. When I got older my sister and her friends would take me on adventures with them, and make me feel like I was always included, and loved despite there being a big age gap. With loving my sister so much, I am so happy she found someone that loves her almost as much as I do. Aliyah and I have talked about her wedding a lot growing up, I have always hoped I would be a bridesmaid, and no one deserves this more than her. Now that this time has finally come I can’t wait to spend the day celebrating my big sister and brother-in-law.

Hi I'm Joe, one of Hunt's best friends and Jonah's future football coach. Hunt and I played football together at Allegheny and became great friends when we both moved back to Pittsburgh after college. I've never had a day spent with Hunt where he didn't make me laugh - if the "Creed Voice" doesn't get me then the dry Steelers commentary always will. Hunt is someone who brightens my day as a friend and I know he'll continue to do the same at home as a husband and a father. Hunt, congrats to you, Aliyah and Jonah on a beautiful union that will blossom into a strong, loving, and joyful family!❤️

Hey there! I'm Stacey and I met Aliyah in our senior year of highschool when I moved from FL to Catasaqua. From my very first day in Catty, Aliyah was so kind, funny, and welcoming- she was also my walking encyclopedia for everyone and everything and never failed to know the 411 on anyone. I only lived there for a short time, and even then I felt like I knew Aliyah and everyone else for years cus of all the wild memories I was told of, and even made my own crazy and unbelievable memories with Aliyah, including us being each other's prom dates, to moving across the country together to Tampa FL simply cus we wanted to live by a nice beach and work as bartenders. We contemplated going to school together and almost did it, but I ended up back in FL and Aliyah, in Pittsburgh 🩷 since then, every time we call each other it's like we never left eachothers side. So open to each other and loving, I can't wait to see the relationship between her and her now life partner grow and flourish over the years that come. I love them both so much, I couldn't be more honoured to be a bridesmaid for Aliyah. Love you girl, always 😘

Hunt Daddyyyy!! Where do I begin, its funny that when we were in college, I thought you hated me. And you probably thought the same thing. Maybe it was the offense and defense mindset. Nonetheless, as soon as senior year came around and I moved to Pittsburgh, we were like brothers! Jimmy D’s couldn’t keep us out every weekend. From countless laughs, to wondering who’s buying the next 12 rum&cokes. Never thought that our time there would be coming to an end, and the beginning of a love story worth telling over and over for years to come was forming! Hunt baby when we first met back at Allegheny I remember being so jealous of that righteous beard. What I didn’t know at the time was that your personality would be just as great if not better. Getting to play alongside that stubborn “F you” attitude on Saturdays was truly a blessing. I’m glad we were able to get even closer as friends post grad. Those big bear hugs every time I visit never disappoint. I cannot wait to see how much love you bring to you and yours on this journey man. Aliyah, and I became friends 8 years ago when we both started coaching youth cheer together. Little did I know she was going to become my best friend… We have so many great memories, from the many beach trips, pool days, our road-trip playlist, to just driving around scream singing Disney songs on the top of our lungs, all the late night FaceTime calls, or just chillin with her family… We have been through ups, downs, but we’re stuck with each other like the matching rose tattoo on our wrists… I love you to the sea & back Aliyah Olivia Elizabeth Forever & Always

I met Aliyah about 10 years ago when I was 14. I was a recent addition to the family and I was very excited to meet my new sister. From that day on I was Aliyah’s favorite adopted brother, even though we almost crashed (kinda did crash) riding for wheelers. Aliyah has been an amazing big sister ever since. The first time I met Hunter I was a little intimidated. I thought to myself “Man he’s a big guy, how am I supposed to beat him up if he hurts Aliyah?” Thankfully, I got to know Hunter pretty quick and realized how great of a guy he is and how much he loves my sister. I’m so glad Aliyah was able to find an amazing man like Hunter. I’m honored to be apart of their wedding and I can’t wait to make more memories together.

Crazy, combative, loud, selfless, compassionate, devoted…whatever word(s) you have used to describe Aliyah, have likely been insufficient in telling the story of the beautiful woman I have seen stumble and grow for the past 26 years. Impossible to predict, and only tame-able by those dependent on her **cough, Jonah, cough.** My sister is ever evolving and continues to have a strong foothold in my pride, when I consider what it means to be a person who loves.
