Travel & Concierge Services

To make your time in Tuscany as seamless and enjoyable as possible, we’ve partnered with Concierge X, a luxury concierge and travel agency based in Italy. Their team offers personalized support with every aspect of your stay—from travel arrangements and accommodations to transportation and curated local experiences. While accommodations during our three-day wedding celebration at the villa will be provided, Concierge X is available to assist with any additional travel plans before or after your stay, should you wish to extend your time in Italy. They can also help coordinate transportation from the airport to the villa for a smooth arrival. Whether you need help booking flights, renting a car, arranging transfers, securing accommodations, or planning activities such as private tours, wine tastings, or Vespa rides through the Tuscan countryside, they are available to support you every step of the way. Their services are entirely optional, and guests are welcome to reach out directly should they wish for assistance in planning their trip. Flight

Florence Airport (FLR)

Travel Getting There The closest and most convenient airport is Florence Airport (FLR), located approximately 40–45 minutes from Villa Il Pozzo by car. You may also consider flying into Pisa International Airport (PSA), which is about 1 hour away, though Florence is the preferred option for ease and proximity. For international flights, some guests may choose to fly into Rome (FCO) and connect via train or car, though this will require additional travel time (approximately 3+ hours).

Train + Short Taxi

For those who prefer public transportation: • Take a tram or taxi from Florence Airport to Firenze S.M.N. (main train station) • Train to Certaldo (~1 hour) • Short taxi from Certaldo to the villa (~10 minutes) While possible, this option is more time-consuming and involves multiple transfers, so we recommend private transport if possible.
