FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 10/4

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony time, there will be refreshments as you take your seat. If you are not staying on property, you'll either get dropped off at the front gate or park in the lot on-site so allow yourself 5 minutes to walk to the ceremony space.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - black tie optional. Tuxedos NOT expected, suit jackets with a necktie or bowtie encouraged. Floor length dresses for gals.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones will be indicated on invites if we are able to accommodate.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - please reach out to Alix or Zach as soon as possible if there is a food allergy to be aware of.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a big lot on-site that will be for guests to park at. It is a 5 minute walk to the ceremony/cocktail hour space. Please note you will walk through gravel and grass en route.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be designated transportation to/from the wedding, ride shares in the area should be plentiful so please download Uber/Lyft as needed. As there is parking on-site, also please feel free to park on property and ride-share back if you'd prefer to pick your car up on Sunday/Monday. For those staying on property, there will be a few golf carts available.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will all be outdoors. Dancing during the reception will be indoors, with doors open to a spacious patio outside. The average outdoor temperature this time of year is 65-70°F. Reminder that there is grass and gravel to be mindful of for walking, feel free to bring a change of shoes if you'd like and our wedding planner can put them in a safe space for you to comfortably change into them for dancing/walking.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love kids we are keeping this as an adult celebration for all to let their hair down. That said, we know a handful of our loved ones have new babies and we are more than happy for them to be brought along so you can still attend. Please reach out to Alix and Zach ASAP if this is the case.
