IMPORTANT PASSPORT INFORMATION

Answer

Your passport MUST be valid 6 months after return date (07/26/26). If you passport expires before this date and you plan on attending our wedding, please make an appointment ASAP to get your passport renewed.

What day should we arrive at resort?

Answer

We will be arriving on Wednesday 1/21 and staying until Monday 1/26 - but we understand that not everyone can stay this whole time. We have our Welcome Party/Rehearsal Dinner Thursday night, 1/22, so we ask that most arrive prior to this event. (Thursday AM works best for most!) Our room block is available from 1/21-1/26! DO NOT BOOK OUTSIDE OF ROOM BLOCK. link can be found under Resort Stay tab.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Rooms must be booked by September 1 & final room payments are due by October 6th so PLEASE RSVP & book your room ASAP! Book your stay (found in hotel stay tab) as soon as you can so we can make sure our guest count & bookings are the same number for our wedding coordinator. DO NOT BOOK OUTSIDE OF ROOM BLOCK.

Where to book our room/flight?

Our room block link is included there - make sure to book through this link to get the best rates and get access to wedding. booking outside of the room block will incur a separate fee to get into the wedding so PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUTSIDE OF ROOM BLOCK. Transportation from airport will be included in the room booking. Flights must be booked separately.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

This is a kid friendly resort! While we welcome your kids, we understand if you would also like to use this time as a getaway as a couple as well. Please just let us know when you RSVP if they will be included or not.

What should I wear?

Answer

we recommend linen pants, short-sleeved button downs or polo, maxi dresses, and sandals, but feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable!
