God's timing

A little bit about us and our story

We met last summer through a classic Gen Z meet-cute-story: Hinge. I liked his comment about how chivalry is not dead, and he’s lived up to his word every day since! We got drinks on our first date and laughed and talked the whole night. Our second date was at church a few days later. After a few months of dating, I would find out, that date was when Brandon decided that “I am going to marry this girl.” I was just starting PA school and he was struggling through the long hours of his 3rd year of medical school so we were not sure things would progress very far, fast, or even at all! God had other plans! We soon became each other's rock helping each other deal with the stresses of school and a safe place to seek rest and rejuvenation. Being in school doesn't allow us much time for hobbies so most of the time you'll find us spending quality time together studying at coffee shops that we love, and also some unconventional dates to sneak in that quality time like our suturing dates or even that one cadaver lab date that we had (never thought I would say that dead bodies could be so romantic.... lol). We both love Jesus with our whole hearts and have built our relationship upon Him. We love the simple things in life like early mornings; walks together pointing out all the cute dogs and babies; exploring different coffee shops and strolling around little stores and boutiques, eating ice cream anytime anywhere; and cozy nights-in snuggled up by the fire, cooking a meal and doing a jigsaw puzzle. We are so thankful for the love and support in our lives from our family and friends and are so excited that you are here to join us in celebrating the gift of marriage God has given us!

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

"Love is patient, love is kind.. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
