There are 2 parking locations.
If you come early (before 4 pm) to tour the grounds, park in the main parking lot. You will give your name at admissions and be allowed in for free. The tram will take you up to the mansion area.
If you arrive within 1 hour of the ceremony (any time after 4) Park in the VA lot across from the VA Hospital. There is a back entrance that will open up after 4 pm. To get to the VA lot: go down Fort Hill Rd and take a left onto East St. The parking lot is on your left. After parking, cross Fort Hill St and enter though the gate.

Is Parking Free?

Yes, Parking is free. Admission to the park before the wedding is also included all day during normal business hours.

Can I bring my kids?

Kids ages 15 and above are invited to both the ceremony and reception!

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
We will have drinks! Do not bring your own, the park prohibits any alcohol on the premises that isn't served by their staff.

Can I walk around with my drinks on the grounds?
Answer
Alcohol is only permitted on the main reception site. Guests are not permitted to take alcoholic beverages with them into the gardens and the drinks must remain in “sight” distance of the caterer.

No. Smoking is not allowed on the grounds.

What’s the dress code?
Answer
We are getting married in a garden! Wear something summer-y! (Suits, dresses, this is NOT a black tie event) Please avoid white or blush.
