When & Where’s the Big Day?

The wedding will be April 25, 2026 at 5pm at Berry Hill in South Boston VA. We’re hosting the whole weekend at Berry Hill Resort, a gorgeous historic estate with cozy rooms, a spa, pool, gym, walking trails, and on-site dining. Our room block (Knick Wedding) means you can stay where all the fun is — no shuttles or extra travel needed. Just check in and enjoy!

What is the Dress Code?

Our wedding will be a formal celebration. We kindly request that guests wear evening-appropriate attire. Gentlemen are requested to wear suits and ladies may choose floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. Tuxedos and full-length gowns are also welcome.

When Should I Rsvp By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is March 20, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand ♡

How Do I Get to Berry Hill?

Answer

The nearest major airport is Raleigh-Durham (RDU), about 1.5 hours from Berry Hill Resort. We recommend renting a car or booking a private ride in advance—while the resort’s peaceful, tucked-away setting is part of the charm, it also means ride apps like Uber or Lyft may be limited in the area.

Are Children Welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the email invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding ♡

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Guests will enjoy a selection of wine, beer, and welcome beverages throughout the evening. We hope you’ll raise a glass with us as we celebrate this special occasion together. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Will the Wedding Be Outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully ☀️), the ceremony will be outside. Cocktail Hour and the reception will be mostly indoors. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.
