Shuttle from Hotel to Astoria will start at 4:30 through 5:00 (they assured me no one will be left behind so if your late they will figure something out I am sure) Shuttle from Astoria to hotel 10:30 11:30 12:00 (there should be more than one shuttle at this time) Shuttle will stop at the Fox and Hound (nearby bar) on the way back to the hotel to drop off any guests that want to continue the celebration. Shuttle will then pick guest up at the Fox and Hound when guest is ready. Guest will have to call hotel to set up pick up time. Driver will hand out cards with hotel phone number. ** I would love to have everyone together but if you choose a different hotel that is fine! There are many options in the area. The cutoff for the room block is October 18, 2018.
