Kick off our wedding weekend with us at Lowry's Crab Shack. Lowry's is a Hamilton Va favorite for fresh seafood including Chesapeake Bay crab and oysters, and has been voted Best of Loudoun for their fried chicken for years! Lowry's offers vegetarian options as well.

Semi-formal attire. Our theme is rustic woodland with a touch of western, and our color palette is dark green, deep purple, and rust-feel free to *optionally*match these themes if you like. Please consider bringing a jacket or sweater for the evening if it gets cold as we will be outdoors. There are grassy fields and gravel paths so please wear comfortable shoes-we recommend grabbing your favorite pair of boots, and avoiding stiletto or pointy heels for comfort and safety.
The Ballenger Farm is a small working farm in Hamilton VA. There are goats, chickens, ducks, and a cute cat! Our wedding will be outdoors in a grassy forested area, and the reception will be in a large covered barn with a gravel floor. We will be serving a barbeque buffet from one of our favorite spots in Purcellville, Monk's BBQ. We'll serve appetizers during cocktail hour-meatless options are grilled cheese with tomato soup, and mushroom skewers. For dinner we will have a selection of two meats, multiple sides, beer, wine, cider and champagne, and desserts from a local Filipino baker. Monks also offers vegan meals-so please let us know below if you prefer vegan!
