When should I RSVP by?

We have a room block at the Hyatt Centric for Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th. Group code: G-KAAN

Will I have to pay for parking?
Answer
No, parking is complimentary.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
There is plenty of parking for those who wish to drive. Shuttles will be provided to and from the Hyatt Center City Centric and will depart at 3:30 PM.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 5 PM and guests should arrive by 4:30 PM. Shuttle from the Hyatt Center City Centric will leave at 3:30 PM.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I wear?
Answer
Formal attire. Ladies, think mid to floor length dresses. Men, please wear suits (tie optional). Please note that, weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass.
