Mehndi is a traditional pre-wedding celebration in which intricate designs are applied to the Bride’s arms and legs using henna. In many Indian wedding traditions, mehndi symbolizes joy, beauty, love, and good fortune for the couple’s marriage. This will be a small gathering in our suite with light drinks and snacks, and all ladies are welcome to receive henna too if you are in town Friday morning. There will also be an opportunity for henna at the Sangeet on Saturday if you aren't arriving until Friday afternoon!

Join us for happy hour(s) at the Sanctuary rooftop. We will be hanging out welcoming guests as they arrive so stop by to say hi whenever you get a chance. We recommend booking a dinner reservation afterwards to enjoy one of the resort's amazing restaurants! *This event is unsponsored. We have opted out of a formal welcome party so guests can take advantage of their all-inclusive packages and enjoy some of the fabulous restaurants on the property after stopping by to say hello!

Join us for an evening of music, dance, and joyful celebration as our families and friends come together for the Sangeet. Rooted in tradition, this vibrant event is filled with great food, fun performances, and heartfelt moments as we celebrate the beginning of our wedding festivities. Transportation: Shuttle services will be provided for your convenience. We will send out a schedule as it gets closer. Food: Indian-Mexican fusion stations!

Resort formal. Think light dresses, linen jackets, etc. Indian attire is not required. Since the ceremony will be American, red is completely acceptable! However, we do not recommend white (bridal) or black (inauspicious). Bring on the color & dress for the hot temperatures!
Join us as the groom makes his grand entrance (Baraat) with a high-energy, procession through our beautiful resort setting with great beats, dancing, and celebration. This will lead immediately into the ceremony and cocktail hour. Afterwards, we will head to the Sierra area for the reception!
