Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
The world’s largest rotating tram car offering 360 degree views of the desert. The cars travel from the Valley Station (elevation 2,643 ft.) to the Mountain Station (elevation 8,516 ft.) in approximately 10 minutes. At the top enjoy breathtaking views, Peaks Restaurant, Pines Cafe, a gift shop, nature exhibits, and over 50 miles of hiking trails in the Mt. San Jacinto State Park Wilderness.
Moorten Botanical Garden
This is a family owned botanical garden specializing in cacti and other desert plants. This is a quick and fun experience.
Palm Springs Air Museum
The Museum preserves, exhibits, and flies aircraft from World War Two, Korea, and the Vietnam Wars. Most of the aircraft are in flyable condition.
