4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The ceremony will be indoors. Enter through the main doors where ushers will greet you and help with seating and where to go! There is a coat rack as you walk in through the front doors on either side if you were wanting to hang up your jacket before the ceremony.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
There will be appetizers served throughout cocktail hour and open bar. The cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor so if the weather is permitting please enjoy the outdoor areas. Bags sets will be both outdoor and upstairs in the mezzanine as well.
6:00 pm
Dinner will be served around 6pm. It will be served in a semi-formal style, meaning all guests will be seated for a family style salad then as tables are released the entrees will be served buffet style. *The bar will be closed for dinner so the DJ will make an announcement to ensure everyone gets a drink before sitting down for dinner*
8:00 pm - 11:30 pm
After Dinner/speeches/dances/sparkler send off the reception will start where I expect to see everyone on the dance floor! Late night pizza will be served at 10pm for guests. Open bar will be until 10:30 and then it will transition into a cash bar from 10:30-11:30
