The venue is requiring proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test within 72 hours (for those who are unable to get vaccinated due to medical exemptions). For proof of vaccine, you don't have to bring the physical card, just take a photo of it. Also please bring a mask as well.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
Only if your invitation says “and Guest,”. If not, then unfortunately only you are expected to attend.
Cocktail Attire - Women: Cocktail Dresses, LBDs, and Dressy Jumpsuits. Men: Suits or Dark slacks and Button-Shirts. Translation: Dress like you would for church. Pro Tip: Avoid wearing a white dress, especially a white wedding dress! Otherwise, the bride might get jealous.
At least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
Both. Weather permitting, the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be taking place outdoors, after which we will move indoors for the Reception.
Definitely. If you're anything like the groom, you'll want to eat lunch, and also a snack before the festivities begin.
Absolutely not. Gifts are mandatory. Just kidding!
We hope you do, BUT! We have paid for two professional photographers to capture our ceremony, so please have your phones on silent and put away during this time. After the wedding party has exited the ceremony, you're free to take as many pictures as you wish for the rest of the evening! Translation: So help me God, if I see your phones, iPads, or cameras out during the ceremony, I will launch them into the lovely pond across the way.
We are offering an open bar during the Cocktail Hour and the Reception, with a variety of wine and beer available. Bringing cash to tip the bartenders is appreciated.
