When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by June 9th, 2026 through the RSVP form on our website.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we understand a trip to Portugal is no easy feat! We promise not to take it personally. Please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins we kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! We've included the names of all the young ones we love on the invitations. We would love to include them at all our wedding festivities. They will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, but the reception will take place indoors.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, there will be a wedding block at the Palacio do Freixo, and that is where all of our wedding festivities occur or depart from. Guests staying in the wedding block will get a discounted rate, use code WEDAB26 for 15% off your stay.

Should I bring a gift to Portugal?

Answer

NO! Your presence is the present! Please do not bring gifts to Portugal. If you'd like to bring a card, we will have a card box for well wishes. If you'd like to send us a gift off our registry, please mail it to our house @ 8853 Ashworth Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103

Is there an open bar?

Answer

The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Hopefully you can stumble up to your room at the Palacio, but if you're not staying on the property you'll need to arrange your own transportation.
