Maryland Renaissance Festival
Located about 40 minutes from our hotels, the bride and groom couldn't recommend the MD Ren Fest enough! Getting dressed up and drinking mead with friends and family can't be beat. This would be a perfect activity for Sunday after our farewell brunch! Note - tickets have been selling out fast in the last few years. If you'd like to attend the Ren Fest, we highly recommend purchasing tickets when they drop. They aren't available yet, but we will try to update this once dates are announced!
Patapsco Valley State Park - Avalon Area
This is less than 10 minutes from our hotels, and a great spot for a hike. Alltrails can be very helpful for recommendations based on difficulty and length.
National Aquarium
About 20 minutes from our hotels, and fun for the whole family!
Arundel Mills
This mall is about 15 minutes from our hotels, and has both a Medieval Times and an Egyptian themed movie theatre. What more could a person want?! As an added bonus, Live! Casino is right next door.
