Welcome Event at Hurlburt Park Pavilion

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Come hang out at Hurlburt Park for a casual evening of music, pizza and drinks provided by New Haven's Big Green Truck! We will not provide transport to this event, but there is plenty of parking on-site. Kids are welcome to attend, there is a playground, basketball court and walking path along with plenty of space.

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Minor Memorial Library

23 South Street, Roxbury, CT 06783

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on the lawn outside the library. Light refreshments will be served upon arrival. In case of rain, the wedding will be held at Roxbury Town Hall (29 North St, Roxbury, CT 06783). We unfortunately cannot accomodate kids at the ceremony or reception. We will provide transportation from the Wyndham Southbury and the Heritage Hotel to the ceremony, and will have shuttles from the library to 5 Church Street for the reception. Please note that parking will not be possible at the reception site!

Cocktail hour will be followed by dinner and dancing at the Allen house. Entertainment by Fever, a band out of Western Massachusetts, will surely keep the dance floor full all night long! We unfortunately cannot accomodate kids at the ceremony or reception.
