Where is the ceremony being held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on the 16th floor sky terrace at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00. We recommend arriving at least a half hour prior to the start of the ceremony. If you are late to the ceremony you will not be permitted onto the sky terrace. Please make sure you arrive on time so you don't miss out on our ceremony.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is formal. We would love for our guests to dress up with us!

There is a break between the ceremony and cocktail hour. What should I do?

Answer

At this point in the planning process there will be a small break between the ceremony and cocktail hour. We will need this time to take photos. If you are not immediate family or in the wedding party feel free to return to your room for a quick rest, explore the beach that is right across the road, or visit the hotel bar.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is valet parking available at the Hyatt. The hotel offers a discounted rate for wedding guests.
