How'd you two meet?

Answer

We met through the chaos that was Tinder. Allie was working full-time while doing her internship and grad school classes, so she was looking for someone to talk to about anything but psychology. Enter Stephen, with the best conversation opener she had ever heard: "You and I have just robbed a bank. What's the song you put on as we make our getaway?" Allie responded: "Renegade, by Styx" and the rest is history...

Wait, aren't you already married?

Answer

Yup! Steph and Allie officially married on June 23rd, 2022 during COVID. We did a 15-minute ceremony at Boston City Hall, then celebrated in the Seaport over champagne and oysters with our witnesses. We decided to get the legal part out of the way so once the world was a little bit safer, we could really celebrate with all of you!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES!! Please don't hesitate to bring the kiddos to share this special day! We will have activities and fun things for them to do through the ceremony and reception, and if you have any specific needs or concerns, please let us know.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have decided out of an abundance of caution to make the entire menu nut-free (peanut and tree nut). If you have a severe food allergy that we are not aware of, please be sure to note it in the invitation and we will do our best to work with the venue. The safety of our guests is most important.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston-Marlborough located in the Apex Center. If you'd like to use the shuttle service, this is the best place to stay, but there are a number of other hotels in the Apex Center and nearby so you can still get the shuttle to and from the ceremony/after party.
