It all started with Hinge... Alison was a first-year medical student in Cleveland and Richard was a second-year medical student in Pittsburgh visiting their respective families in NYC on winter break when they connected. After a four-hour first date in Central Park where they talked about 10-year goals while crossing the park twice (9 miles!), they decided to give long distance a shot. After four years, thousands of hours on FaceTime, countless drives to Cleveland by Richard, residency applications, and an expansive stuffed animal family, we are excited to see what the next chapter of life and marriage have in store for us!
