FAQs

Question

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

As we are trying to keep it as an intimate event, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one then they will be on your invite.

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm, you will be greeted with a welcome drink at 4:30 so please arrive before this time if you are not coming on the bus.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones we have decided only immediate family with kids are invited & this will have been detailed on your invite. If you need any help with childcare please let us know our planners can assist with organising a nanny for you.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Daytime temperatures usually reach between 20 to 25 degrees in Palma in June with low heat and humidity, falling to 15 degrees at night with the sun setting around 9pm. We will have parasols and shaded areas during the ceremony and cocktail hour.

Question

Honeymoon Fund

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon fund we are planning a Safari in South Africa in 2027 and any contribution is greatly appreciated.

Question

When should i send my final RSVP & dietary requirements?

Answer

We appreciate we asked for early RSVP's to gauge numbers but we will need a final count of RSVPS by March 28th. As we are organising two events & a bus please RSVP to each one on the RSVP Page. If you have any specific dietary requirements please message us separately and we will accommodate.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We would love for our guests to be fully present during the ceremony when we say 'I do' so during the ceremony we ask for no phones or cameras and to leave this to the professionals we've hired for the day (we will of course share all images with you once we have received them). You can however take as many photos as you like for the rest of the celebrations, we just ask that you do not share photos of the bride and groom on social media until we have had the opportunity to first.
