Our story began nine years ago (February 2017) during our senior year of high school, on a field trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe and Wilderness Area. It was the middle of February, -30 degrees, and over a hundred students. Out of everyone there, fate placed us in the same camping group. Neither of us could have known then that this small twist of luck would change the rest of our lives. Together, we navigated some of the most formative years of our lives — growing, changing, and learning side by side. Through college, first jobs, new experiences, and the countless small sacrifices that come with growing up, we became each other’s constant. Eventually, we found a place to call our own, added another cat to our little family, and built our home together. In August 2025, just days after I graduated from nursing school, Parker planned the most beautiful evening, a sunset date at the Foshay Tower in Minneapolis. As the sun dipped below the skyline, he asked me to marry him. We cried, talked for hours, and ended the night the same way so many of our best nights do—at home, with our cats, a bottle of wine, and a lot of love. So much life has brought us here. Every chapter, every challenge, every quiet night in, and every wild adventure out. Now, it feels like the perfect season to begin our next one. Our vision for this day is simple: to be surrounded by the people who have raised us, supported us, laughed with us, and loved us through it all. No grand production, just us, our families, and the love that’s carried us this far. And now, just a few days after our ninth anniversary, we get to celebrate our marriage with all of you. The people who have been part of our story all along. We are endlessly grateful for your love and support over these nine incredible years and can’t wait to share a weekend filled with laughter, food, and memories we will never forget.
