Why Cancun?

Matt's sister had her wedding in Cabo San Lucas, and we just loved how it brought everyone together in one place for one big long fun vacation. It was really special, and we wanted to do something similar. We are so excited to celebrate with everyone, and we know the only way we will get to spend meaningful time with everyone during our wedding is if we extend the fun! What better way to do that than by moving our wedding to a vacation destination we can all enjoy together!

Dreams Natura is a Hyatt and can be booked through the Hyatt app or website. There are good prices if you are a Hyatt member. If you are not a member, it is free to join! Matt and Ali will be there June 3, 2025 - June 10, 2025

How Long Should I Stay?
Answer
We often hear that the Wedding Day goes by so fast, and that Brides and Grooms get to spend only minimal time with their guests. We have family and friends all over the country that we rarely get to see who are so important to us. And, since most would be traveling anyway had we done a "local" wedding, we chose to get married at a destination we hope guests will be excited to travel to! Our hope, and why we chose to get married in Mexico at an all-inclusive vacation resort, is for all of our loved ones to be together with us for one big long tropical party so that we will be able to fully soak in the experience of enjoying time with everyone who means so much to us! Matt & Ali will be arriving Tuesday June 3rd and leaving Tuesday June 10th.

Do I Need a Passport?
Answer
Yes. Please check the status of your passport to make sure it will be valid until the end of 2025. Leave ample time to get or renew your passport as it can take a few months.

How to Get the Best Flight Prices
Answer
Tip #1: Download the Skyscanner App on your mobile device. This will compare all the prices and options from different Airlines. Note that this app excludes Southwest, so be sure to check Southwest separately. Tip #2 Credit Card Points: In the past we have received many free flights through getting a Southwest credit card. This can be an option if you want free flights! Most airlines offer credit cards with points programs, so take a look to see which airlines have direct flights to Cancun from your local airport. Make sure you plan ahead and read all terms and conditions if you choose to go this route.
