If you're looking for a variety of restaurant and retail options, check out the newly redeveloped, former gingham mill, Optimist Hall. This isn't within walking distance of either of the hotels, but the ten minute drive is worth it!

Located directly across the street from the church we were married in, the Mint Museum Uptown houses the internationally renowned Craft + Design collection, as well as outstanding collections of American, contemporary, and European art.

Bechtler Museum of Modern Art

Also located right across the street from St. Peter Catholic Church, the Bechlter's museum space is dedicated to the exhibition of mid-20th-century modern art.

Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit Charlotte

From creators of the blockbuster exhibit seen by over 2 million visitors in Paris and after a sold-out run in Toronto, the Immersive Van Gogh will be presented in the historic Ford building at Camp North End, a state-of-the-art creative development with over 300,000 square feet of space already redeveloped for work, artistic expression, dining and hospitality, entertainment, recreation and community building.
