Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

Please join us for welcome drinks and desserts. Make sure you are present by 9pm for speeches from the Matron of Honor and Best Man. The Space is located in downtown Charlottesville and is a very short walk from our hotel blocks. Parking is available and located in the nearby Water Street Garage. Ubers are also available.

Ceremony and Reception

6:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Black Tie Optional

Please arrive to the venue no later than 5:30pm. Keep in mind our ceremony and reception are on grass and women may want to wear block heels vs narrow heels. Bus transportation is available to our venue. Buses will depart from The Omni Hotel Charlottesville. Buses will depart promptly at 5pm. Bus transportation is also available at the end of the evening. Buses will depart from Merrie Mill with destinations of The Omni Hotel and the UVA corner.
