Please be sure to book rooms at this local hotel for the best rate, though there are other hotels in the area if needed. We recognize some have longer distances to travel so our block is setup for two nights in case you need it, but you are welcome to only book one night as well. Group dates: April 16, 2026 - April 18, 2026 Group code: LLW *Reservations must be made by March 19, 2026 The hotel recommends, all wedding guests who arrive on the day of the wedding, to call the front desk in the morning on the day of arrival to request early check in if possible. This will be a first come, first serve basis so don't forget to call if needed! As a reminder, shuttles will be picking up guests at this hotel at 4:15 PM to provide transportation to the Waterview in Monroe, CT. Please remember to let us know if you plan on taking the shuttle either way in your RSVP through this website. Our ceremony will begin at 5:00PM - we are excited to see you there!

Travel Note

Parking at Wedding

If you would like to drive to The Waterview where our ceremony and reception will be located, there is a large parking lot on site for your convenience. If anyone would like to leave their car overnight at the venue - you are welcome to, but please note it is not secured or monitored overnight. Guests utilizing the shuttle service to the venue can utilize the return shuttle back to the Hampton Inn by Hilton Shelton. The return shuttle will be available at approximately 11:15 PM.
