Question

What will the wedding day look like?

Answer

All events will take place at the same location. Please plan to arrive between 3-3:15 in the afternoon on the day of the wedding. Please note, the ceremony site and parking area is a short drive down the hill from the reception. There will be no restrooms at the ceremony site so we recommend planning in advance for this. If emergencies arise, we can transport you up to the ceremony site for a restroom. After the ceremony, there will be a shuttle to transport guests up the hill to cocktail hour and dinner and dancing will follow. An open bar with a few signature cocktails, beer and wine will be available.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding is fully outside with the exception of the dance floor, which will be inside the barn. Evenings can potentially get chilly in Paso, please bring a light jacket if you tend to run cold.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the venue and you can leave your car overnight if needed, but we recommend pre-arranging an Uber if you do as it is unlikely you'll be able to get an Uber at the end of the night that far out from town.

Will Uber/Lyft Work at the Venue

Answer

Unfortunately due to the location, these services have been known not to find drivers, especially after a late event. If you plan to use one of these, we recommend booking your driver in advance.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We only have a limited number of guests we can accommodate so only if there's a plus one listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your children, due to limited venue space we cannot include little ones on our day. Please make it a date night. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! Please see our travel details page for the link to the hotel room blocks. We started with a limited amount of rooms so if you call and the block is filled, please reach out to inquire with us about adding more.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any severe dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the caterer on possible accommodations!

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 31st so we can finalize all details for the perfect celebration.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Please notate if you are interested in a shuttle service when you RSVP. We are looking into options for shuttles and will update you if/when we finalize one.
