FAQs

We hope this answers most of your questions! If there’s anything we didn’t cover, please don’t hesitate to text or call us!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1, 2026, so we can finalize our plans and make sure everyone is taken care of. Thank you!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you’d like to contribute to our next chapter, we’d be so grateful for a monetary gift. We’ll have a card box at the wedding!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 12:15 PM so we can start the ceremony promptly at 12:30.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re going for polished and put-together; cocktail attire or dressy casual works perfectly. Guys, a dress shirt and slacks; ladies, a cocktail dress or nice outfit. No shorts, t-shirts, or overly casual clothes, please. And no need to coordinate colors, just please avoid white, so the bride can shine!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To help us keep things organized, we’re only inviting people by name. Couples will receive separate invitations, so if you didn’t get an invite for a guest, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thanks for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our celebration is by invitation only, and while some children will be attending as part of our family and wedding party, the event is primarily for adults. If your invitation includes your child, we can’t wait to see them there!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the church and venue have plenty of parking, but since we’re not the only event happening that day at the venue, we recommend arriving a little early to secure your spot and avoid any stress.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

During the ceremony (Mass), please allow our professional photographer to capture the special moments. At the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you like! We’ll provide a QR code so you can easily upload and share your pictures with us.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs. The dinner will be a buffet with a variety of options, so we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony to the venue?

Answer

There is no shuttle service available, so please plan your own transportation. Carpooling with other guests is a great option if you can!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Since neither the bride nor groom drink, we won’t be serving alcohol, no open or cash bar. But don’t worry, there will be unlimited soft drinks for everyone to enjoy!

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll have plenty of dancing with both Spanish, Filipino and English music. We hope to see you on the dance floor!

Question

What should I do if I’m running late?

Answer

If you arrive after the ceremony has started, please quietly enter through the main door—not the side door—and find a seat as quickly and discreetly as possible.

Question

What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

Please arrive before 5:00 PM if possible, since parking is limited and you do not want to miss the welcome drink and hors d'oeuvres! You may arrive at an earlier time the doors should be open before 5:00 PM as well.
