Many people wonder how we met and how it took us so long (mainly Ali) to end up together. Ali will say we met at work, and reconnected when we worked together for a second time. Drew will tell you he knew right away, then waited (somewhat) patiently for it all to fall into place. After we met in 2018, we quickly lost touch due to the transition of life between senior year of high school and freshman year of college. When we started working together in 2020, Drew knew he was going to make it happen. Ali and her friends invited Drew to their post-work margarita party under the condition that he had to make them for the girls, and the rest is history. 4 1/2 years, 2 apartments, college degrees, grad school, and a dog later, Drew proposed in February of 2025 on what Ali thought was a walk through World of Winter on our way to get lunch after a late night at O'Tooles. He had the whole thing planned- including flying Ali's best friend, Emily, in from Texas and a surprise engagement party with all of our favorite people in Muskegon. We are thrilled to begin the next chapter of our lives together, and are so grateful you will be there to celebrate with us. Here's to forever!!!!!
