Reception Schedule

Answer

Since it is an Open House, we will not be setting times for cake cutting, first dance, etc. We will have a microphone and speaker available throughout the evening for anyone wanting to give a speech.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yep! The reception is an Open House with no set timed events. So come whenever you like and bring the kids or leave them with a sitter and enjoy the open bar, up to you.

Hotels? Lodging?

Answer

There are tons of hotels in Bozeman. Also the Gallatin County Fairgrounds offers RV camping. Check it out at https://gallatincountyfairgrounds.com/facilities/rv-parking. This is where our reception will be held.

Rental Cars

Answer

Rental cars are available, but quite expensive. Most hotels in Bozeman have shuttles to and from the airport. The fairgrounds is centrally located in Bozeman and ubers and taxis are available. If you want to explore the surrounding area, a rental car is a good idea, but to attend the reception it may not be fully necessary.

Getting home safely from the reception?

Answer

Bozeman has Ubers, Taxis, etc. and personal cars can be left in the parking lots at the Fairgrounds overnight.

What should I wear?

Answer

For Men: Anything from nice jeans and a button down shirt to a suit. For Women: Anything from nice jeans and a nice shirt to cocktail dress.
