Cocktail Attire- Our ceremony will be held outdoors near the beach on a grassy lawn, with ocean breezes possible. We recommend lawn-friendly shoes like wedges, block heels, flats, loafers, or dressy sandals, and a light layer for comfort. The reception will follow indoors.

Guest arrival start time: 4:00pm Ceremony start time on Oceanfront Lawn: 4:30pm Cocktail hour: 5:00pm-6:00pm Reception to follow in ballroom 6:00pm-9:00pm The Embassy Suites offers garage parking at $20 for event attendees, or $40 for guests staying overnight at the hotel. Additionally, a beach lot adjacent to the hotel provides alternative parking which will be available during the wedding event, however, parking overnight here is prohibited. The ceremony will be held outdoors and reception indoors with cocktail hour held in the breezeway. The reception will be held indoors. To maintain the calm, intimate feel of our beach wedding, we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation and we ask that no children under 12 attend. Thank you for your understanding!
