Bike Paths

Bike Paths

One of our favorite things to do in Provincetown is bike the trails through the dunes! The paved and marked bicycle trails at the Cape Cod National Seashore run through the dunes and past the beaches of Provincetown. There are multiple bike shops to choose from within walking distance of downtown.

Race Point Beach

Race Point Beach

Race Point Beach sits at the mouth of Cape Cod Bay at the northernmost point of Cape Cod National Seashore, and is a beautiful place for a beach day! You can bike there or take a taxi, which there is plenty of downtown or you can call one of many taxi services.

Take a walk down the causeway to the lighthouse on the tip of Cape Cod, it's beautiful especially right before sunset.

Beech Forest Trail

Beech Forest Trail

The easy mile-long loop trail will take you through the lush beech forest, around a pond, and immerse you in an all-around blissful experience. The Province Lands bike trail is nearby, so you can continue on if you'd like!
