After careful consideration, Alison and Jonathan have made the difficult decision to cancel their original wedding plans and have their wedding closer to their home in Jacksonville, FL. The military has put in place heavy travel restrictions which don't allow for Jonathan to be able to travel to the wedding. Instead of leaving their wedding plans up to the military and Mother Nature, the couple has made the choice to celebrate their love in Florida! What do we need from you? If you HAVEN'T sent your RSVP back yet, please respond accordingly by July 15, 2020. If you have already sent your RSVP back and CANNOT travel for the wedding, please reach out to Alison by July 15, 2020 to update. If you have already sent your RSVP back and CAN travel for the wedding, please let Alison know you will still be coming by July 15, 2020. The bride and groom cannot thank everyone enough for their support and flexibility during these uncertain times. One thing a virus can't stop is love!
Alison and Jonathan met the fall of their freshman year at Old Dominion University. They began hanging out through mutual friends. As time went on, they fell for each other. Through each year of college, their love for each other grew. Upon graduation, Alison and Jonathan moved to Pensacola, Florida for Jonathan to begin his career as a Naval Aviator for the United States Navy. On December 2, 2018, on the beautiful beaches in their new home, Jonathan asked the question that Alison had been waiting four years for. At this moment, they expressed that they would spend the rest of their lives with each other, continuing to grow their love.
