Which airport can I fly to?

Answer

There are 3 major airports within a few hours driving distance to Proctorville Vt. Both Albany Intl. Airport (ALB) in New York, and Bradly Intl. Airport(BDL) in Hartford, Connecticut average a 2 hour drive. Boston-Logan Intl. (BOS) in Massachusetts is an estimated 2h30 to 3 hour drive. There is a small regional airport near by in Rutland Vt (RUT) serviced by Cape Air which is a 30 minute drive from the resort.

Is there transportation?

Answer

For the Wedding: The ceremony and reception will be held at the Castle which is a small walkable distance from the Pointe at Castle Hill, transportation will be provided by the hotel for those who prefer or need. For the After Party: We will have a shuttle bus running from the Venue to our After Party location, feel free to hop on the bus to join! It will run back and forth for the evening back to the hotel so no need to stress about moving your car or trying to find parking in town!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We of course recommend utilizing our room block, however there are several hotels in near by Ludlow such as Main + Mountain, and accommodations at Okemo Resort, and other rental homes and Inn's in the general area.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire, tie optional. We recommend to our guests that they please be mindful of the weather. Although majority of the wedding will be inside, fall weather in Vermont can be a little unpredictable.
