Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the Welcome Event/Reception?

Answer

Yes, once we have gathered where most guests are staying we will offer a shuttle service from the most popular spots.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking on the premises, though we would not recommend renting a car. Uber is a safer option.
