Widely regarded as one of the best aquariums in the world, this is a can't miss when you're visiting Monterey! Zac and Alisha will likely be visiting Saturday afternoon.
Cannery Row
Before or after the aquarium, head to Cannery Row, Monterey's iconic waterfront street with shops, restaurants, games, and the like. Take in the ocean views with your assorted sweets and the pungent smells of California's sea lions.
Carmel-by-the-Sea
Looking for an easy, low stress option? Designed to look like a quaint European village, Carmel-by-the-Sea has shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and great donuts (that you may be able to sample at our wedding!)
The Ocean!
Your sandy soled lovers will be treating you to a beachside ceremony but if that's not enough salt spray for you, the ocean is right there! Take your hotel towel out for a date to Carmel Beach to the south or Monterey State Beach to the north. Remember to bring some sunscreen!
