The ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m on September 17th 2022. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to grab a seat and start mingling. After 6:00 pm, the entrance to the venue will be closed until the end of the ceremony.

You can never predict Kentuckiana weather, though we do suggest layered clothing during the ceremony since it tends to be warmer outdoors than colder inside at the reception. The average high is 75* with a low of 60*.
We love your kiddos, but unfortunately our guest count is restricted due to COVID-19! There will be a handful of children that have been invited but we highly recommend it be date night. This event will go well into the night and we want you there to dance the night away with us. We ask only those children who were listed on the invitation join us as seating is limited due to COVID-19!
Yes! Free parking is available surrounding the venue. Just follow the signs. Due to COVID-19 there will be no valet. You may drop off passengers at the entrance. There is additional parking across the street. There will be other weddings at the venue. Be sure to follow signs for Aboulhosn Wedding!
Unfortunately our guest count is restricted due to COVID-19! We ask only those listed on the invitation or invitations specifically listing a "Plus One" join us as seating is limited due to COVID-19!
We ask guests who have a fever, who are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 recently to please do not attend. Mask are welcome but not required. The wedding party will not be wearing masks (as of August 1st 2021) during the ceremony or reception. We understand if you do not wish to attend if this makes you uncomfortable. If you have an underlying health condition please consult with your physician before attending.
Seating | Wedding Ceremony | Outdoor : Due to the limited outdoor area for the ceremony it will not be possible to ensure a minimum of 6 feet of distance between the chairs outdoors. We will be working with the staff at Mellwood to work on the safest layout possible for the number of RSVPs we have. Please take this into account when RSVP-ing if you have any health conditions or is you have potentially been exposed to anyone with COVID-19.
Seating | Wedding Reception| Indoor : We will be limiting tables to 6-8 persons. Seating chart will be displayed upon entry to the reception. The wedding party will be seated together.
