Question
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors at The Conservatory at The Madison Hotel. Cocktail hour will be held in the Victorian Suite & outdoor patio, weather permitting.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space inside The Conservatory, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the invitation, not to exceed the number specified on your RSVP.

Are children invited?

While we love all your little ones, this is an adults-only event. Guest count is limited to those specified.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal Attire, black tie optional - We recommend tea length or floor length dresses or pantsuits and dark suits & ties (gowns, tuxedos and bow ties are welcome but not necessary!)

What is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
All responses must be received no later than August 1, 2025. Early RSVPs are highly encouraged and appreciated.

What should I do if I cannot attend?

You will be dearly missed! Kindly let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Where can I park?
Answer
The Madison Hotel has a large parking lot. Enter through the hotel main entrance for hotel check-in and to get to the ceremony space. There is no fee for parking.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. There will be a five hour open bar starting immediately after the ceremony until midnight. Please drink responsibly and have a plan to get home safely if you are not staying at the hotel.

What is the timeline for the weekend?
Answer
All guests are invited to spend the entire weekend with us at The Madison Hotel. Thursday is wedding day! Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm in the Conservatory at The Madison Hotel. Please arrive no later than 6:15pm to take your seat and enjoy some champagne! Friday morning from 7:30am - 10:00am there will be a deluxe continental breakfast served in the hotel lobby for any overnight guests. The newlyweds will be there around 8:30am to say goodbye to parting guests.

Are shots allowed during cocktail hour or the reception?
Answer
Unfortunately, our venue has a very strict no shots policy. We ask that you please refrain from asking the bartenders for any shot of liquor. Instead, order any liquor on the rocks or neat.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will be "unplugged." We hired fantastic photographers and videographers to capture all of the love for us. We ask that you keep your phones and cameras away and be present in the moment with us during the ceremony. That said, we encourage you to take lots of photos and videos during the rest of the wedding and weekend! Please send any photos to stewartjjenkinsa@gmail.com. Selfies, decor, candids - we would love to see it all!
