Guests can book through Airbnb by searching “Crystal Sands by Avari Destin,” or through StayAvari.com and DestinCondoRent.com. Most condos are approximately 2-bedroom, 2-bath units and commonly include: • One king bedroom • A loft-style bedroom area with either a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds • Some loft layouts include a separation wall between the queen bed and bunks Guests are encouraged to review listing photos carefully, as layouts and sleeping arrangements vary by condo owner and unit. Pricing varies by owner, unit, and availability. During the approximate dates of November 28–December 1, 2026, rates ranged from approximately $727 to $1,500 total after taxes and fees. One example unit totaled approximately $906.10 for a 3-night stay. Several condo units may be available, including: 316A, 311A, 306B, 308A, 305B, 603A, and 304B. Guests are welcome to look through the list and book whichever property best fits their needs and preferences through Airbnb. For dates November 28–December 1, 2026, suite-style rooms (one king bedroom with living room and pull-out sofa) were approximately $385.10 total. This location is about a 5-minute drive or 26-minute walk from the wedding stay location. It is not beachside, but is conveniently close and may include hotel amenities such as breakfast. The Inn at Crystal Beach is a beachfront condo option located at 2996 Scenic Highway 98. It is approximately a 2-minute drive or 6-minute walk away. One example unit (203A, 3-bedroom with sofa bed) was approximately $1,332.99 for the stay (availability and pricing vary by unit and owner). Emerald Dunes is another nearby option located on Scenic Highway 98, approximately a 2-minute drive or 11-minute walk from the wedding stay location. Grand Caribbean West is the closest lodging option, located approximately a 1–2 minute walk from 66 Cobia Street. It sits on the beachside of Scenic Highway 98, around the corner from the property. While it is not directly beachfront, it is across the street from beach access, making it extremely convenient. For guests wanting true beachfront views, Crystal Sands remains the primary beachfront recommendation, while Grand Caribbean West is the closest overall proximity option.
