When is the RSVP deadline?

Even if you've already told us you can join us, please RSVP by Friday 14th August.

Can I bring a +1?

Unfortunately we do not have the capacity for +1's.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie. For the guys, tuxedos or dinner jackets with bow ties; for the ladies, floor-length gowns or elegant formal dresses.

Are there any colours the guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

White (obvs lol). The bridal party will be wearing burgundy and chocolate brown so you may want to avoid these colours.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of close family and bridal party children.

Where should I park?

If you are driving to the venue, Eden Barn has a huge car park with parking available.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We're getting married in Cumbria in November, so be prepared for typical British weather! Expect temperatures around 3-8°C, with a good chance of rain and some wind. We recommend bringing a warm coat or wrap for any outdoor moments, and an umbrella. The good news? All of our celebrations will be indoors (with underfloor heating) so you'll be warm and cozy throughout the day!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We're having an unplugged ceremony and wedding breakfast so we can all be fully present for these special moments. Please enjoy them with us rather than through a screen, our photographer will capture everything. During the rest of the day, feel free to snap away and share your photos with us the following day!
