When is the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 22, 12 pm onwards.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

On the wedding day, lunch and alcohol will be provided. At other times it's camp-style BYOB and BYOF.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

No gifts please. JUST LOVE, LOVE, LOVE AND GOOD VIBES.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Answer

Check-in: Friday, June 21, from 1pm onwards. Check-out: Sunday, June 23, by 11am.

What should I bring to the campsite for the weekend?

Answer

Please bring your own camping equipment, including chairs and sleeping bags. Food to keep you alive and to share, drinks to keep you going. We have reserved campsites for two nights. Other suggestions: Swimsuits, comfy chappals and clothes, socks, flashlight and something to keep you warm at night.

Can I contribute any extra camping equipment?

Answer

Yes, if you have extra camping equipment and are willing to share with guests flying into Victoria, kindly let us know.

What if I can’t arrange food or want to join a food-sharing group?

Answer

If you’re unable to arrange food or wish to join a group for food sharing, please inform us.

Are parents or plus one's allowed?

Answer

No, we wish to keep this event intimate with people who are significant in our lives.

What attire is expected?

Answer

For the wedding on June 22, please wear a colorful pastel palette. On other days, comfortable camping attire is perfect. (Check the schedule page for outfit suggestions.)

Can I bring my car?

Answer

Yes, but please inform us by June 1 if you’re bringing a car. Also, let us know if you can offer a ride to someone. We recently visited, the roads are in good condition, especially for SUVs or manual vehicles.

What are the noise restrictions?

Answer

Please keep the noise down after 10pm. Soft music, conversations, and quiet games are welcome. (This is a reminder also to the couple)

Are there toilets nearby?

Answer

Yes, there are clean toilets very close to our campsite.

Is there cellphone network?

Answer

Very little reception, it also depends on your cellphone provider. (No Bell/Virgin network at all, blame Carol!)
