What is the dress code for each event?

Answer

The Pizza Party on August 7, 2022 is an all-white event, so we are asking all our guests to come dressed in white. This event is Italian Chic. The wedding day on August 8, 2022 is black-tie. The brunch on August 9, 2022 is a floral and pastel event, so we are asking our guests to come dressed in floral prints or/and pastel colors. This event is Italian Chic.

What is black-tie?

Answer

For men, it means tie or bow tie, tuxedo or formal suit, and dress shoes. For women, it means an evening gown or formal cocktail dress. Ladies, most of the events are outdoors with lots of grass so bring your comfortable wedges or thick heels! 😉

All the events will be outdoors!

What is the weather like in Tuscany in August?

Answer

28-31 degrees celsius during the day and 19-25 degrees celsius during the evenings.

Will all the events be held in the same place?

Answer

They will all be in the same venue, but each event will be held in a different area of the venue so that you get to experience everything the venue has to offer! We can't wait to celebrate with you ❤️

Are there things to do in the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue is very big! It has a winery, church, historic halls, monuments, an abundance of gardens, and a wonderful Italian restaurant.

Will everyone be staying at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We really want to have a 3-day party with all of you, our most important and loved family and friends ❤️. We want to be able to have the entire venue be only the wedding party so we all wake up together start the festivities with lots of happiness and then have big after-parties in this historic Certosa, late at night with the bright Tuscan sky!

Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 10 am.

How do we book our rooms at the venue?

Answer

We've put a hold on all the rooms for the wedding, so the venue's website will show that the rooms are sold out, please contact maria@giritaly.com or info@giritaly.com to book your room. Please note there's limited availability of rooms at the venue and it will be first come first served.
