We met the fall semester of 2014. We had the majority of the same classes for the next three years and formed a small friend group that was inseparable. We worked on many projects together and had late night study sessions that usually ended with us eating too much pizza and watching movies. We had our first date a couple months before graduation. Over the next five years, we grew to be the best of ourselves together and have filled the years with travel, laughs, video games, movies, and way too much food. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you on May 30th, 2023!

I (Billy) proposed to Alisa at the Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs after a night of hot springs, delicious food, and reminiscing over the past five years together. We went to Glenwood Springs in 2017 as our first getaway trip together, so it was equally important to create a new memory there celebrating our future life together. Alisa planned the whole trip, with some subtle influence from me, completely unbeknownst to her that this was her engagement trip. She had no idea I had been carrying around a ring for the past four months, which is a feat of its own! We celebrated afterwards in the bar at Hotel Colorado with a barkeep that was almost as excited as we were.
