Ali: We met through mutual friends over a decade ago! Zach: I went to a local pub to meet up with a friend, and I had no idea I would be meeting the person I would spend the rest of my life with. Ali: I can still clearly picture Zach’s face when I first noticed him in the crowded pub. He looked beyond gorgeous. I kept thinking to myself… he must be a model! Zach: My first impression of Ali was that she seemed very sophisticated. It was a little intimidating. Ali: Funny story... in our early days of dating, knowing that Zach was a musician, I tried so hard to impress him by learning about all his favorite bands and listening to new music from the genre he liked. I suppose it worked ;)

Ali: Zach’s kindness has always shined bright in my eyes in so many ways, but when his dynamic with our first German Shepherd Ruger turned in to love and trust, I knew it was meant to be. Zach: Ruger was tough to win over! Ali’s constant support and encouragement over the years are what made me realize she was my ideal partner. I don’t know what I would do without her.

Ali: Zach made reservations for us at our favorite local steakhouse for Valentine’s dinner. Upon arriving back home after a fantastic meal, the sweetest proposal ensued. Zach: Public spectacles aren’t really our style, so I enlisted Ali’s mom to help stage our house while we were at dinner. Ali: I walked into our house and immediately saw the room filled with flowers. Zach got down on his knee and asked me to marry him. With my heart absolutely pounding and tears in my eyes, I said YES! Zach: I was definitely nervous that night, but I think I managed not to give it away. Ali: I’ve never been so surprised and happy in my life! We can't wait to celebrate our love with you!
