Is there a dress code? ¿Hay un código de vestimenta?
Answer
Yes, there is a dress code. Please wear formal or cocktail attire. Please be mindful that the ceremony will be held in a Catholic Church. If your dress has open shoulders, a low neckline, or a shorter length, we kindly ask that you bring a shawl or pashmina to cover up during the church ceremony out of respect for the sacred setting. As for colors, pastel tones are encouraged to complement the tropical setting. NO WHITE, LIGHT BLUE, or NEON colored dresses please. ✦ ✦ ✦ Sí, hay un código de vestimenta. Por favor, use ropa formal o de cóctel. Si su vestido tiene los hombros descubiertos, un escote pronunciado o es corto, le pedimos amablemente que lleve un chal o pashmina para cubrirse durante la ceremonia en la iglesia, en señal de respeto por el entorno sagrado. En cuanto a los colores, se recomiendan tonos pasteles para complementar el ambiente tropical. Por favor, NO use vestidos blancos ni de colores neón o azul claro.

We recommend getting to the Dominican Republic at LEAST 1 day before the wedding. This is to avoid unexpected travel delays and risk missing the event. Keep in mind that the Bachelor/Bachelorette Party will be on Sunday, June 7th 2026. ✦ ✦ ✦ Recomendamos llegar a la República Dominicana al menos un día antes de la boda. Esto es para evitar retrasos inesperados en el viaje y reducir el riesgo de perderse el evento. Tenga en cuenta que la despedida de soltero(a) será el domingo 7 de junio de 2026.

Everyone is invited! Please keep in mind that there is an entry fee of $80-$90 USD for Coco Bongo. This is a club/entertainment show that is all you can drink once you pay the fee.
