What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 PM to the wedding ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire: Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie. Ladies, a cocktail or midi dress is perfect. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Is there a dress code for night before?

Answer

Comfortable but elevated. Think dress pants, chinos, or slacks paired with a collared shirt or polo for men; sundresses, jumpsuits, or dressy skirts and blouses for women.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking is available at Providence Baptist Church, and all hotels listed on our website are within walking distance of the venue. If you choose to park at the reception, parking is available at Levine Center of the Arts Parking Deck (550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202).

What is being served for dinner? What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Dinner will include Fresh Strawberry Salad (GF, Veg), Stuffed Chicken Breast (NF), Pecan-Crusted Salmon, White Truffle Mashed Potatoes (NF, GF, Veg), Roasted Asparagus Spears (NF, GF, Vegan), and Freshly Baked Artisan Rolls & Butter. Please note any dietary restrictions in the RSVP tab when prompted if applicable. GF: gluten free; NF: nut free; Veg: vegetarian
