When is the wedding?

Where is the wedding taking place?

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Willow Acres in Middletown, IN. Please check our Details page for directions, parking info, and more!

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is garden party formal. Think: comfortable but polished, and ready to hit the dance floor! Since the celebration may include outdoor elements, we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing shoes that work on grass or gravel.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you were given a plus-one. If you’re not sure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of select children. If your children are not listed on your formal invitation, please find a sitter, bring your dancing shoes, and enjoy a date night with us!

Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely! Come hungry—there will be plenty of delicious food, drinks, and dessert to keep you fueled all night long.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at [TBD]. We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes early to get settled and find a seat.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available on site. Please use the following address to locate the parking lot: 7777 N Mechanicsburg Rd, Middletown, IN 47356 You’ll be directed to the lot next to the Conservation Club. From there, venue staff will provide golf cart transportation to bring guests to the main ceremony and reception area.

We’ve listed a few nearby hotel options on our Travel page. Anderson, IN and Muncie, IN resides 20 minutes from the venue and has various lodging options available as well!

Yes! You can find our wedding registry under our “Registry” tab. Your presence is the greatest gift—but if you’d like to help us start our next chapter, we truly appreciate it.
