Question

What is the best and most convenient Airport?

Answer

SeaTac International Airport. Avoid using any other airport.

Question

What is the parking situation like at or near the venue?

Answer

Expect to pay for parking in Seattle. The venue has a parking lot called Slalom Hawk garage OR the Kingstreet Center Garage, which guests can pay to park at, for convinience. Depending on how long you plan to stay, parking can range from $30/day - $80/overnight. If you are local and can take the train, it might be easier than looking for parking in downtown. The train drops you right at Union Station which is a minute’s walk from the venue. Street parking is free on Sundays and holidays but pay close attention to street parking signage.

Question

Can I Uber/Lyft around town?

Answer

Absolutely! This is most definitely an option for those who find it more convenient.

Question

Do guests have to stay at the same hotel where the venue is?

Answer

Not at all, there are various hotels in the area. But keep in mind that traffic in Seattle can be very cumbersome to navigate at times, so plan accordingly.
